Caption: Matt Kuperus Heun - We were on vacation on the shore of Lake Michigan, and our path to the lake traversed several dunes. We saw these red dragonflies quite often. My 6-year-old son was fascinated by them, so we planned together to get some nice pictures of them. It was difficult, because the little guys kept flying away before I could get a good shot. But, I kept at it over the course of the week until I got something that pleased me.
