- Caption: The camera's self-timer is a great tool to avoid unwanted legs and arms in photos taken with a fish eye lens. This image was taken on our anniversary cruise of all those at our dinner table. I set the camera on the table face up using the Canon f4 fisheye zoom set to 8mm and used the self timer so avoid showing my arm reaching to the camera to press the shutter release.
