  • Caption: I've been keeping an eye out for this assignment and noticed a couple of these guys sprouting out of the very short grass...the lawnmower must have missed them. Had to kneel on a garbage bag and lean my head to the wet muddy ground to get a non-cluttered background or the grass below which would had been completely blown out. Nothing special, but slender came to mind when I saw it. Used my beloved Canon 30D with my 70-200 f/4 wide open, and of course...an empty garbage bag.
