  • Caption: Shot taken with the Canon 50mm 1.4 on the Canon 40D. I grabbed focus using autofocus then switched to manual focus and pulled the camera back towards me. I would then start to move the camera forward in a twisting motion towards the position that I found focus , pressing the shutter button when thought I was in focus. A slow shutter speed with the camera motion created this effect.
