Easy Photo Captioning in Aperture 3

There is a fast and easy way to add captions to your images in Aperture 3. And I show you how in this video tutorial that's also part of my Aperture 3 Essential Training on Lynda.com.

I think the best time to add captions is right after you upload the images. That way the information that accompanies the images is still fresh in your mind.

I loved your video on captions. Thank you for that. I have a question. My husband just bought Aperture 3 and has a problem: He has always used Kodak Gallery for his large volumes of pictures. Well, it stopped working for him so the Apple Store recommended Aperture3. Here is what he needs it to do.... He takes pictures for work, he loads them on the computer, he needs to label each picture so it is visible in the email and on the aperture copy of the photo for future use, he then emails the group of photos to his employer for a job bid. He has not been able to label or place a caption perhaps so it is visible in the email and attached? to the photo once it is emailed.

I tried writing a caption on a photo, emailed it to myself and there was no writing on the email as to what the photo is. The receiving end does not have aperture.

I hope I make sense? Thanks for your help.

@ Donna,
"I tried writing a caption on a photo, emailed it to myself and there was no writing on the email as to what the photo is. The receiving end does not have aperture. "

Do they have any other software close to aperture or related? also have you tried saving the file in different formats to show the captions.
