Photoshop World is the biannual gathering of digital manipulation geeks and gurus. I just returned from the latest congregation in Las Vegas. This report covers goodies I saw on the Expo floor, classes, and the Keynote.
If you depend on Photoshop for any part of your workflow, I think you'll find this Photoshop World report useful.

The red/green glasses you wore at Photoshop World are anaglyph glasses. Despite common misconceptions, and retouching of a somewhat famous photo of a movie audience, the 1950s 3D movies were projected using polarized filters and glasses, not anaglyph filters and glasses. Today's IMAX-3D and Reel-3D systems use similar polarized projection.
3D photography (really stereoscopic photography) is alive and well today. There are many people modifying digital cameras to make stereo photos. Some of us even still shoot slide film.
Thanks for taking the time to discuss this, I feel strongly about it and love learning more on this topic. If possible, as you gain expertise, would you mind updating your blog with more information? It is extremely helpful for me.
